Express PC Solutions has worked hard to become Suffolk’s largest computer store and repair facility. With two locations, we’re ready and able to accommodate any computer needs you may have!
Back in 1997, things were a lot different. Google didn’t exist. There were no iPods. If you wanted to get on the Internet, you were likely dialing up to your local AOL or CompuServe number. Your computer was likely a fairly large and noisy beige box. And Express PC Solutions was about half the size of your average living room! We opened next door to one of our current locations, in a back office at 2112 Holland Road. Back then, viruses and spyware weren’t a big concern — over half the people who owned computers had either no interest in getting online or no local Internet connection with which to log on in the first place! When we started out, we offered in-store services, and could work on two systems at a time.

Within a few years, it was apparent that Express PC Solutions was out-growing its current location. After several small renovations to increase the work area, the store was slowly moved to the much larger and easier accessed building at 2108 Holland Road, where it still exists to this day. Making this move allowed us to double our technician area (increasing our bench space to four systems, and later, six), and led to a significantly larger showroom — the largest computer showroom in Suffolk.

In 2010, Express PC Solutions opened its second location at 914 N Main St, in the Suffolk Plaza Shopping Center, and alongside well-established businesses such as Big Lots, Chick Fil A, and Schewels Furniture. While smaller, this new store’s central location allows us to better service the Downtown Suffolk community, and when combined with the Holland Road location, allows us to offer a faster return time for repairs.
